I'd like to see something which addresses issues with holding video game tournaments in libraries, such as if this violates the End User License Agreement, and if it does, how to remedy it. I'd also like to see something which addresses using copyrighted material to produce machinima as part of library programs.

What libraries can, can't, or shouldn't do in trying to restrict the downstream use of public domain material they own. Can they really restrict publication of this material? |
